Mira Reisberg presents a powerful workshop concerning multicultural issues coupled with art education. Through high interest content (self) and media (cartooning) teachers learn how to develop an ethnic awareness that integrates language, social studies, and the visual arts in a child-centered project using everyday art supplies accessible to all educators.
