I have become a felting fanatic exploring my "stuff" through felted sculptures. For example, Reuben, above, is an elderly Jewish intellectual, reminiscent of some of my family members. He loves to hang out on bookshelves and engage in dialectical conversations. Reuben can be quite argumentative as he engages in passionate discourse around existential and impractical concerns, other times he can get quite depressed at the general state of the world and is overcome by a sense of hopelessness seen in the world weary slump of his shoulders.
