Head above Water- from the Body Language series (Acrylic on Canvas)
This is one of the 4 Body Language paintings I did based on proverbs involving the body. Keeping your head above water means your'e not drowning but you could be. I wanted a slightly quirky head that could also be like an object. Is it falling into the water or rising above it?
