New Mexico (Acrylic on canvas)

When I lived in New Mexico I was profoundly impacted by the beauty and power of the landscape. At times I would laugh at how eccentric it looked and other times I'd cry at how magnificent it is. Making this painting I got to play with pattern again. It creates a window to New Mexico.
