Hullo, I'm Dr. Mira Reisberg AKA the Picture Book Whisperer and now I'm whispering other things as well. I'm one of those that creativity saved and now I have a fabulous life helping others with their creativity. This is my personal website, which I tend to neglect, but here you'll find out about the children's books that I've made, my personal art, and a little about the Children's Book Academy, a fabulous international, online children's book writing and illustrating school that I founded way back in 2012 after leaving academia.
At the Academy we offer tons of resources including multiple blogs, contests, and scholarships for our courses. The courses, which utilize a pedagogy of pleasure to teach innovative highly interactive individually mentored courses as well as self-paced courses.
