Beavers And Bucky Build Domes: A Biography of Sorts
What could be more adorable than beavers building dome-shaped homes, teamed with Richard Buckminster Fuller, AKA Bucky, building his first successful geodesic dome? This quirky informational fiction STEM book, told from a young beaver's point of view, uses a parallel free-verse structure similar to Hannah Holt’s The Diamond and the Boy to educate about this important early environmentalist/architect/inventor/builder while asking other young beavers, “if you were a human, who would you be?”
